Your privacy is of utmost importance. None of your personal information is shared, given, sold or rented to anyone or entity outside of Brad McLean Art without your permission.

PAYMENTS

When you make payments to this business, your personal financial data is not stored electronically or otherwise, unless you choose to set up an account on this site. Even so, your information is not shared with anyone outside of this site.

ORDERS AND SHIPPING

When you place an order with Brad McLean Art, up to three business days are needed to process your order. Then depending on your location, the time it takes to ship to you will take two to seven business days. Notifications will be sent to you once payment is made in order to keep you updated on the status of your order. For commissioned work you will also receive regular notifications on the progress of your project. For most commissioned paintings the overall time frame is a minimum of two weeks and up to two months for completion of your order.

RETURNS

As a professional artist, my goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item in the same condition in which you received it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. Buyer assumes cost of return shipping. In the case of commissioned paintings, you may return the item within 30 days from the date of your final payment for a 70% refund (a 30% non-refundable deposit is required for commissioned paintings). Again, the buyer assumes the cost of return shipping.
